The aurora came, and it took my Moss away. The next day, the Moon (his brother’s namesake) met Venus (which was always “our star” and is named after love). I am not one for astrology, but the astronomy that happened around this time means a lot to us, and in grief it is difficult not to read into it. This house is so big and empty without him. No one feels right anymore. We miss him so much. This amazing photo was taken by my friend Nick. I hope he doesn’t mind me spreading it around everywhere, but it is such a special one to me.
